  1. Now the bloody agents are blaming the investors. They were given 19 month and they did nothing. Idiots.

  2. There is a new company Samudra GV which is offering a gold plan also. It is said to belong to Genneva. Can anyone verify this if BNM is aware of this company.

  3. They victims will present a memorandum to the Finance Ministry at Putrajaya today.
They are seeking, on behalf of some 6,764 people, for the government to intervene in redeeming the RM400 million invested by them.
The move is initiated by Parti Socialis Malasyia (PSM) national deputy chief M Sarasvathy.

    Memo handed to Najib’s aide

In PUTRAJAYA this morning, PSM led a group of more than 100 victims to handover a memorandum to the Finance Ministry.
The memorandum was received by Finance Minister Najib Tun Razak’s private secretary, Sheikh Mohd Puzi Sheikh Ali.
The memorandum called for the government to use its political will to resolve the problem.
In addition, those affected also want the government to form a committee involving Bank Negara Malaysia to find an amicable solution.
Speaking on the matter, Sarasvathy said the government must pass a law to stop more people from being victimised.
“Why is there no special law to curb this kind of daylight robbery? Enact a law soon,” she told FMT.
Sarasvathy said that Puzi had assured them that the case would be investigated and resolved.

  11. Dear all, the Government, thanks to our PM, is helping the needy with the BR1M RM500.00 aid. Can someone please let the Government know that many poor people have lost their hard earn money through Bestino. Perhaps the good leader can intervene for the sake of the poor investors, most of whom are Indians. Is there any way to do this cause I do not know how to go about it. This is a good time as the Government is going all out to help the Rakyat. Please people, lets do something rather than just wait. Let us make use of the Government's new scheme : BANTUAN RAKYAT 1 MALAYSIA. To the Committee Management : any new suggestions?

  12. Happy Chinese New Year to all. Since the election is coming soon, we hope that our PM, Bank Negara, Security Commission and all relevant parties can help us to push Bestino management to bring back the fund from oversea and subsequently refund to all of us as poor victims(suffered for the last 3 years until now). We will definitely support Barisan during the election if the money can be fully refunded to us.

We do not know what's happening to Bestino now? They have gone to HK again and again but still no news? We hope that they can really refund to us as we all in agony
    TQ

  16. I am with the GovernmentFebruary 7, 2012 at 8:48 AM

Give us back our money!!!!!!! The Government should come in and help for the sake of humanity. If the Government can do this for the investors, I don't see the reason why we should not vote for the Government in the coming election. We are a strong number of investors. So, friends let us all put our hands together for this win-win situation. Government help us, we show them our gratitude. Bank Negara please have a heart, after all this is the investors hard earned money. All those investors, who agree with me, please response by typing "I am with the Government". Thank you.

  17. I agree with "I am with the Government"'s comments. It is time for the Government to step in. Kudos also goes to Madam M. Sarasvathy of PSM of initiating the move to handover the Memorandum to the Finance Ministry in August 2011. We are very proud of you. We would be very grateful if details of progress can be announced on this blog to keep the people informed.
May God bless all. Thank you.

  18. By reading all recent articles in Malaysiakini, I believe everyone should be aware that Bestino has return to Malaysia from Hongkong that the RM 411 million fund is ready for the refund eventhough we do not see the document by overselves but we definitely know that they are sincerely applying from BN to unfrozen their company assets before can release the money to us. Therefore the ball is towards the Governmnet now-BN but unfortunately BN still no action yet????? I suggest that we all stand up and fight for our money. Let us start calling BN and talk to another there eventhough they will tell us all nonsense. We need also to write to them uncessantly in order to refund our money at the soonest. I thought Malaysia Boleh!! and what is BN doing??

  19. From mid-nite blogger;-Latest update from Bestino---Y M Chong made a press release on 12/02/12 at 12.30 pm. Please see Star/NST/Nanban/Nesan/Malar/Sin Jew Chit Poh/Nan Yang Siang Pau for all details on 13/02/12 explaining the process of repayment and other details.

  20. To : All investors and agents,

Despite the fact on the press-12/2/12 that Bestino YM Chong has committed to refund all our monies from oversea, we still need to work together to perform our final duty that is to push Bank Negara to provide the best possible way to return all the fund at the soonest pace.
Therefore, the ball now lies with Bank negara as they have yet to approve Bestino on the refund despite our endless protest and recent meetings with them.

Let's either call or write(most prefered so that we have black and white) to them individually for this matter immediately. Tell them we have lived in agony for these 3 years. We need to press them very hard so that at least we can see some good result at the soonest. Their e-mail address is : bnmtelelink@bnm.gov.my
    .
Let's work hard and do a final touch and go to press Bank Negara. Pls convey this message to all investors-as many as possible so that we have bigger team work. Try to contact using SMS or text message to be sent to those who do not use e-mail so that they also can help out.

    Thanks for the support.

  22. I just heard and seen from the Bank Negara URL link that Bestino is again on court hearing these few days from 20th to 23rd Feb.

We hope those who are free can attend the said hearing and brief us later.

Is BN going to perform a fair deal? by returning the money to us? They should if they are clean otherwise we again must MOGOK, MOGOK at their office.

I trust that good government will have sympathy towards its nation and they should do the correct thing so that we can vote for them in coming election!

    ReplyDelete
  23. This is how I see it. Bestino has proof shown to the press that they have money ready to refund us every single sen by end April. Best news ever and kudos to them! However, there is a stumbling block in the form of BNM. Given the on-going court case, for sure they can and WILL freeze those funds the moment its repatriated to Malaysia. If that happens, we can say bye bye to our money forever. The onus now is on BNM to do right thing and not play hardball and insists that they're regulators and whether you can get your money back does not concern them. All I can say is that if the thing with BNM does not work out in our favour by next month, we the investors should get Bestino to issue us Hong Kong HSBC cheques or any foreign bank cheques. I don't even mind flying to Hong Kong if I have to.

    ReplyDelete
  24. Hi Anonymous on 22 Feb. I share the same opinion as you do. In fact, BNM is not fulfilling what they have promised either on the 2011 press (affirming that they will not interfere with the repatriation of fund but now when Bestino wants to return us every single cent, they do not want to give approval? What kind of government body is this? They even asked a representative to speak to the protestor in front of Bank negara KL office in dec 2011 that we as investors should go and look for where the money been hidden? but now the money has been found and what's their reaction? A good government body should practise what the main slogan been laid forward by our Ex PM " Malaysia Boleh" and now "Mana Boleh"

Since Chong has confirmed to repatriate the fund, it is prudent that if he can issue us foreign cheques if BNM does not want to grant approval by next month. However, I understand that most of the investors are from poor family and unable to fly to HK like minority of them can, they still have the option to drop by the adjacent country like singapore , Thailand or etc to open an acct over there in order to deposit the foreign cheque over there. Those countries would be more than happy to receive a big fund of RM 411 million ++ which I presume. Since BNM has no interest in the return of all the fund, why should we bother so much?

    ReplyDelete
  25. Dear all investors,

By refering to the latest news of free malaysia as follows :

    http://www.freemalaysiatoday.com/2012/02/23/bnm-approval-not-needed-to-refund-investors/

that the return of fund to the country does not require an approval from BNM but on star press(http://thestar.com.my/news/story.asp?file=/2012/2/23/nation/10788465&sec=nation), BNM clarified that they will not unfreeze Bestino assets in Malaysia merely for the purpose of returning the fund due to ongoing court case.

My personal view is very simple, if YM chong is willing to refund us, why did he need to go thru his Bestino group acct? He can transfer from HK and subsequently channel his RM 411million fund to his other company acct like Batupahat Goldsmith and etc before releasing to us via his legal firm. It seems that he try to beat around the bush. He is a smart person and he is more than capable of returning the money smoothly rather than we guide him the correct path? Why did he need to return by end April? He should do it anytime now as there won't be any hindrance from BNM anymore!

Therefore, we really hope that YM Chong to be more gentleman as we have been suffering for the past 3 years. Pls repatriate the fund to us at the soonest. Thank you.

    ReplyDelete
  26. Hello Mr Chong. It's reaching the agreed month by you to refund all our monies. Therefore can u tell us your plan? Can we meet u at your office or your legal adviser office? You have committed on the press that you are a genuine business man and were not telling lies and pls proof it this month that you are a good guy!

    ReplyDelete
  27. I agree with anonymous on 10th April that Chong has confirmed on the press that he does not cheat anybody and he will proof it by returning the fund to us. Therefore this is your chance to proof to us that you are a decent and genuine businessman. There is no more hindrance from malaysian government as Bank Negara has requested on press for you to bring back the fund anytime since last month and we are so patient to wait for 3 years and only 2 weeks ++ left to fulfill your commitment.

    ReplyDelete
  28. Hi Chong, It's only 7 days left for u to pay us the money as agreed by you on the press. Also, everyone knows that you have confrimed on the press that you are not a liar but rather being a genuine man? Is that correct? So pls proof it!

    ReplyDelete
  29. Today suppose to have another court hearing for Bestino and do we have anybody attending the court? If yes, pls brief on the result tmrw. Terima kasih

    ReplyDelete
  30. 4days more,can he make it?

    ReplyDelete
  31. Today is 30th April and is YM Chong still sleeping? Where is the money as agreed by him?

Pls refund us as we really suffer very badly

    ReplyDelete
  32. Hi liar Chong, we want to know when can your lie stop? Your office girl from Ipoh just told me that your HK acct has some problem and what the stupid explanation are you giving us? Your wife already passed away due to your sin and now she is in hell waiting for you to come down. God will continue cursing you until all your family die. I heard your mum is in hospital recently and I guarantee you that she will be curse as well and die anytime from now. You better repent and pay us as soon as possible to prevent all these curse from God.

    ReplyDelete
  33. Pls read the latest news on Bestino :

    http://thestar.com.my/news/story.asp?file=/2012/5/4/metroperak/11219542&sec=metroperak.

where YM Chong was asking the action committee to attend the meeting at his house but when all the 1000 investors went to his office and house on 5/5/12 on sat, he was not around but left his dogs barked at his car porch. This jerk YM Chong the criminal is waiting to be punish by man and God as his wife is waiting in the hell for him to come down.

Therefore whoever wants to plan any legal action or real action, better do it now otherwise he will run away after the court case.

  34. Hello liar Chong, Are u still eating Maggi Mee? by using your wife's SOSCO money to buy Maggi Mee? I think your Maggi Mee should taste better than mine b'cos made of Gold. Can u share with me? Also, is your mother and children still alive? Has God curse them to death or someone has wallop them? If you can't pay us back, at least pay us by using your Gold Maggi Mee!

  35. Any news yet guyz??

    ReplyDelete
  36. It seems that Chong is still bluffing. His big crocodile mouth seems bull shit endlessly. Remember we are all been cheated by Chong's agents as well. I heard he has about 70 agents and almost all of them become rich now, living in big bungalows and driving luxury cars. Why not I suggest we give all the agent's names and IC if possible to police department and Bank Negara at bnmtelelink@bnm.gov.my and CC to icccrm2@bnm.gov.my and to aduan@seccom.com.my. Let BN and police department start to investigate all these liar agents and catch them one by one. As for me, my agent is KS Lee and I do not know he is hiding now as I can't get hold of him but I have written to BN to remind them to catch him. Pls call and write to BN and SC at the soonest before more agent runs away.

  37. Can give their details to LHDN not? Any tax officers to advice in here...

  38. they collected 411m
    bnm seized 24m only
so there is a difference of 387m

    387m shared to:-

1.) 4 to 10 directors and up to 70 agents who r living lavishly
2.) investors as 3% monthly dividends
3.) smart investors who did not reinvest when the bars replaced with certs

as a result, 387m is completely gone.

    q1: what left?
a2: if the bars worth 70% of 411m collected, gold worth 287m + 24m seized by bnm is there for us

q2: where is the gold worth 287m?
    a2: ...

so, our agenda now is to fill in a2 above. If they deny, v deny their denial.

only then, we will get a maximum of 70% of our investment leaving those directors and agents continue living their lives that are full of curse.

    "heaven & hell on earth"
